I am a conservative who wonders why 5 Senators are "OK" mostly in Southeast US while the other 95 are mostly liberal minded. This gives the "Reining Kings and Queens" label as they banned offshore drilling except for Cubans using Chinese financing forty-four miles off the coast of Florida!
When voting to bann Alaska drilling offshore, 98 US Senators and most of 450 US Representatives "FORGOT" to ask Alaskans who WOULD LOVE TO HELP by having MORE DRILLING ONSHORE and OFFSHORE EVEN IN THE MOSQUITO-INFESTED BOG KNOWN AS ANWR!
Most Senators and Representatives are delighted that Americans are paying European prices for oil products. They think they are "Greens" helping the environment. Dozens of oil platforms in the Gulf of Mexico were hit by Katrina/Rita and ZERO leaked! When Americans drill, the EPA watches like hawks...when Third Worlders drill, they drill as cheaply as possible which MAY cause TERRIBLE spills that Americans DO NOT make.
I say we DRILL NOW, DRILL HERE and keep American money out of unfriendly unenvironmental hands! Americans need to buy oil from working, drilling, processing Americans. Apparently, oil kept quiet for fear that shale drilling might be NIXED, which it was. Meanwhile oil executives were demonized by renagade mostly anonymous Senators for earning more money working all year than Hollywood stars earn for working a few weeks on a movie!

As much as we LOVE helping Filipinos make money, it is far more environmentally sound for the USA to drill ITS OWN OIL AT HOME, put it in a pipeline and send it to be processed, RATHER than shipped in tankers THOUSANDS OF MILES sometimes through the Chinese end zones owned Panama Canal.
SCREAM FOR CONGRESS: DRILL HERE, DRILL NOW!
(They will be ignoring YOUR Emails, your telephone calls, your telegrams, your malevolent thought probes (Just kidding!) and being privately cheuffoured to parties, meetings, and regal dining everywhere they choose to go, whenever they choose to do it!
DON'T YOU THINK CONGRESS HAS TREATED ITS VOTERS LIKE BABIES AND CHILDREN LONG ENOUGH?
WE MAY HAVE TO VOTE THEM RIGHT OUT OF OFFICE...since they prefer a "summer gas tax relief" yack yack and other DO-NOTHING things.
THINK ABOUT IT. IT TOOK CONGRESS DECADES TO GET AMERICA INTO THIS "NO DRILL HERE IN AMERICA BIND". DO YOU HONESTLY THINK "THEY" want to FIX it by allowing drilling?

CONGRESS IS HAPPY THAT THEIR "NO DRILL, NO NEW REFINERY POLICY" has fruition...it took ROOT and TRASHED OUR WALLETS!
ONLY FEAR OF LOSING THEIR KINGSHIPS and QUEENSHIPS will force their hand!
After all, NOBODY running for President has GONE HONEST and QUIT THE SENATE to run for President of these United States since Bob (I Just Wanna Fade Away Gracefully) Dole ran his "GIVEUP" Campaign in 1996!!!!!!
The two masters they serve consist of " Mega-egtistical ambition" and the "US Senate" both of which unleash personal freedoms the rest of us will never see again.
